VDLC November Regular Meeting
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST Maritime Labour Centre 1880 Triumph Street Vancouver, BC V5L 4C4
The next regular meeting of the VDLC will be held on Tuesday, November 21st, at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Maritime Labour Centre (1880 Triumph St., Vancouver) with an option to join remotely via Zoom. Attendance in person is encouraged when possible.
Pizza will be provided, so registration in advance is required so that we can determine numbers for the order. There will also be door prizes for two lucky delegates!
We will aim to keep the agenda shorter this month, as we will be hosting a film screening with the Canadian Labour International Film Festival immediately following adjournment. The films will be viewable in-person, or remotely. The link for remote viewing will be circulated closer to the date.
Please register by November 16th to participate in the meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please note that to receive the Zoom login information for the meeting you must register. If you do not receive the Zoom link, please check your spam folder. If you cannot locate the link, contact office@vdlc.ca for assistance in advance of the meeting date.
Guests (non-delegates) are welcome at VDLC meetings. Guests do not have voice or vote, with the exception that voice is given to pre-approved guest speakers.
The meeting agenda, including recommendations and any other documents will be distributed electronically and posted to our website closer to the meeting date.
If you are feeling unwell, exhibiting any possible symptoms of COVID-19, or have a positive COVID test, please do not attend the meeting in person. Utilize the Zoom option instead.
