Access Without Fear in Vancouver

March 2, 2020

Almost four years ago, the City of Vancouver passed an Access to City Services Without Fear policy which the VDLC supported.

Next week a new motion will be considered by Council which would fully implement and strengthen provisions to ensure Access Without Fear for all in Vancouver. We encourage Mayor and Council to pass the proposed motion.

For more information, read the Open Letter, which you can also sign-on to with just a few clicks.

The agenda for the March 10th Council meeting with be posted HERE closer to the date. Please consider showing your support by contacting Mayor and Council, writing a letter to the editor, or signing up to speak at the meeting.
