Another Opportunity to Vote for the MEC Board of Directors

June 17, 2020

Mountain Equipment Coop recently announced that its Annual General Meeting which was scheduled for later this month will be postponed until December 10.

In conjunction with this, an additional period of voting in this year’s Board of Directors election will be opened for members who join the coop between March 3 and August 20, 2020.

This offers a new opportunity to make your voice heard if you have recently joined MEC, or are considering doing so.

The Vancouver and District Labour Council Executive Board is endorsing Steven Jones, Jatinder Heer, and John Yip in this year’s election.

When voting information becomes available, we will circulate it. Please take a moment to cast your votes for a progressive, worker-friendly coop.
