August 9, 2021

We support the boycott of the Metrotown Hilton and Pacific Gateway Hotel called by the BC Federation of Labour. These hotels are engages in a draconian attempt to use the pandemic as an opportunity to fire long term employees and roll back wages and benefits.

We ask our affiliates, delegates, and the general public to respect the boycott and United Here! Local 40 picket lines and not to give any business to these hotels until the boycott is lifted.
