Meeting Facilitation

Formal meetings are one of many ways available to connect, learn together and make decisions – but meetings need to be engaging, purposeful and interesting. 

Whether on-line or in-person, an effective meeting needs planning with advance information, an agenda, opportunities for discussion and questions and a start and end time. The elements of a meeting that will keep participants coming back are all contained in meeting facilitation offerings.

An example script used by the presiding officer. With an agenda and knowledge of the business at hand before the meeting, a plan can turn into a script like the following example that following Robert’s Rules and will enable you to preside like a pro.
