This guide introduces topics such as the history of certification, unfair labour practices, union raids, duty to bargain in good faith, and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as it relates to organizing. The latest edition available is from 2016. Please note there could be updates and changes in the law that is not reflected in this edition of the guide.
