November Regular Meeting

The next regular meeting of the VDLC will be held on Tuesday, November 15th, at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Maritime Labour Centre (1880 Triumph St., Vancouver) with an option to join remotely via Zoom.
Advance registration is required and will be used to determine quorum. Please register by November 8th to participate in the meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please note that in order to receive the Zoom login information for the meeting you must register.
Guests (non-delegates) are welcome at VDLC meetings. Guests do not have voice or vote, with the exception that voice is given to pre-approved guest speakers.
The meeting agenda, including recommendations and any other documents will be distributed electronically and posted to our website closer to the meeting date. Please note that this meeting will include elections for all Executive Board positions for a new two-year term.
Following this month’s regular meeting, delegates are welcomed to join in a free virtual film screening presented by the Canadian Labour International Film Festival. To register for the virtual film screening, CLICK HERE. The films will become available to watch starting at 8:30pm. You’ll have until 10:30pm to start watching. Once you begin, you’ll have 48 hours to finish watching.
