#ShameonLedcor

November 19, 2019

Members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 213 continue to be on strike against Ledcor LTS Solutions Ltd. These workers perform contracted installation work on behalf of Telus.

IBEW Local 213 has been fighting for a fair collective agreement for over two years. Ledcor has refused to offer a fair deal, and is employing scab labour to undermine the strike effort.

The VDLC calls on the labour movement and all workers to send Telus and Ledcor a message. If you have, or need, any TELUS services (Fiber / Phone / TV / Internet / Security System) for your home or business in BC, tell TELUS that Ledcor LTS scab labour is not welcome in your home or business, and that they must resolve the strike with a fair deal for their employees.

You can visit the IBEW 213 picket lines on Monday – Friday 8-4:30 at 1435 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam & 1055 West Hastings Street, Vancouver.
