Welcome CUPE 1760 & 4816!

The Vancouver & District Labour Council is pleased to welcome Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1760 – AND – Local 4816! The affiliation of both locals was approved at last night’s regular meeting of the VDLC, by the unanimous vote of delegates present.
Local 1760 represents 140 members employed in non-profits advocacy, administrative, fundraising, trends analysis, community programming, and granting roles, while Local 4816 represents 203 members employed in the community health and health sciences professional sectors.
We are excited to have them join us, as our labour council continues to grow!
