WSCU Workers on Strike

January 28, 2019

Member of MoveUP at Westminster Savings Credit Union are on strike to protect their pension from concessions which would significantly impair these workers’ retirement security and create inequity in the workplace.

The workers are on strike at the Port Coquitlam branch, located at #6108 – 2850 Shaughnessy Street. Picket lines are up during business hours (9:30AM-5:00PM).

You can support these workers by emailing gtoy@wscu.com (and cc communications@moveuptogether.ca) or calling 604-517-0100 and tell Westminster Savings CEO Gavin Toy to “treat workers fairly so they can go back to serving members.”
