Allevato Quail & Roy have posted on a variety of topics related to labour law and COVID-19 and related topics. 

The BCFED Health & Safety Centre has compiled a resource on workers health and safety rights during the pandemic. 

BC Poverty Reduction Coalition has an “Emergency Response for Justice” campaign.

Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives: COVID-19: Resources for Workers and Renters

The Canadian Labour Congress has established a resource centre with information and campaigns related to COVID-19. 

Community Savings Credit Union and Vancity Credit Union are offering various forms of assistance to members. 

Dignidad Migrante has created a fact sheet entitled “COVID-19 Doesn’t Take Away Workers Rights“. 

MLA Bowinn Ma has released a Summary of Public Health & Government Announcements, and a Summary of Financial Supports. Her office also issues regular bulletins, which you can subscribe to HERE

Together Against Poverty Society (TAPS) has Covid-19 Fact Sheets: EI & Federal Emergency Benefit and BC Tenant Rights.

United Way of the Lower Mainland is fundraising for the COVID Global Fund to support vulnerable communities during the pandemic, and is promoting its “Hi Neighbour” initiative as a resource for those who need help, and a way for neighbourhoods to stay connected and support one another. 

United Way’s 211 service can also be used to find help with a range of different issues. 

Vancity has launched the CommUNITY Centre, with financial and other resources. 

The Vancouver Foundation, Vancity, United Way of the Lower Mainland, and the City of Vancouver have launched the Community Response Fund and are accepting donations to help fund services to those in need during the pandemic.

There is also a page containing Orders, Notices, and Guidance from the Provincial Health Officer
